Calling All Choreographers

If you have the desire to design & develop your own routines, this workshop will provide you with the skills you need. Learn the methods used by successful Choreographers. Case studies and performance drills will heighten your creativity & stimulate your imagination. Topics of discussion will include; Choreography enhancement skills such as linear vs. circular, setting up the move, rhythm training, musical phrasing, and plenty more.

Jamaican & Latin Rhythms

Reveal your spirit in this class, combinations are easy to follow. Playful & gyrating movements will energize you, as well as stimulate your sense of humor. Jamaican & Latin Rhythms is an aerobics class filled with many explosive power moves.

Vision Quest

A person who lacks center also lacks identity. Without identity it is impossible to lead a balanced life. It is a matter of knowing who one is, of having a sense of place and self worth. During our Vision Quest let's explore our center, what it is we have to offer ourselves & our members. We will use the techniques of stretching, breathing, movement, and meditation
(Spri-X tubing --or towel-- and mat necessary for this workshop)

If your members like to dance they will enjoy the atmosphere. This Funktastic style has a way of erasing your members' inhibitions; Begin by cleverly breaking the ice, see your members enjoy a great sense of well being. Entertain them, sweat them up, THEN TELL THEM TO GO HOME!!!!!!

Latin Hip Stop

It's a dance, Cha-Cha atmosphere. Use this passionate, exotic, crazy style and pump up the heart rate to a Latin beat. Explore the alternative. Combinations are Latin, African, Brazilian and furthermore, funky.
